Responsibilities:
Handling outbound and inbound calls
Assisting and resolving any customers complaints in a
professional manner
Ability to identify customer’s needs and able to cross sell
Minimum qualification and attributes :
* Fluent in Malayalam,
English and other Indian
languages
* Strong verbal communication skills
* Customer service oriented
* Sound knowledge in essential computer applications
* Capability to work under pressure.
* Minimum Higher Secondary education
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Sales and Call Center experience would be an added advantage
* Valid Visa (Article
18)
* Ready to work in shift
* Aged between 20 – 30 years (
