Parish Festival – 2013 organized
by KCMP is scheduled on 25 February 2013 (Monday). Keeping in mind, the increased expenses, the
Parish budget has set a target of KD. 15,000/- (Kuwaiti Dinars Fifteen Thousand
only ) as the income from the Parish Festival, which we intend to attain
through the Parish Festival Coupon Sale. Since we are celebrating the 50th
Anniversary of the Parish, this amount will be utilized to support the Golden
Jubilee activities including the five major projects undertaken by the Parish.
Whenever we requested our members for their valuable financial
support, majority of them without any hesitation generously contributed towards
the needs of the Parish. Their contribution has helped us to face the bitter
experiences with courage and I profusely extend my sincere thanks and gratitude to each member.
As you all
know, our major source of income of the Parish Festival is the Coupon sale, the
coupons have already been distributed to the Prayer Groups Committee
members. We earnestly pray and request
each family of our Parish to give their valuable support in this endeavor by
taking 2+ coupons so as to achieve the targeted budget. The Parish members are also requested to assist
in maximizing the distribution of the Coupons among friends and beloved
(non-KCMP members) so as to accomplish our objective.
I also take the opportunity of thanking each family
and the individuals for being generous in providing monetary support to bear
the daily expenses incurred due to the hiring of the Marina Hall which was the
need of the hour to conduct weekly worship services, Christmas Carol Service,
New Year Service etc. I urge my fellow
members to continue giving their ample support as in the yester years by taking
as many coupons as possible, despite a small hike in the coupon value from KD.
